Nigeria striker Ahmed Mused was on target twice as CSKA Moscow
defeated Terek Gronzy 2-1 in a Russian topflight game on Saturday.The game played at the Akhmat Arena saw the former Kano Pillars put the Red-Blues ahead on the stroke of half time after scoring from a tight angle.
On resumption of the second half, the hosts piled more pressure on the visitors and this paid off in the 61st minute when Igor Lebedenko leveled scored.
While it looked like the game was going to end in a draw, Musa completed his double with a fine finish with less than 14 minutes to the end of the game.
With this victory, CSKA are second on the log with 37 points from 18 games
